To honor an outstanding person with a disability or disadvantaging condition who completed a Palmetto Goodwill job training program and is competitively employed by a non-Goodwill employer. The Graduate of the Year is selected for outstanding achievement in overcoming barriers to attaining and maintaining employment, as well as for the ability to articulate, in their own way, how Goodwill has helped shape their success.
