Palmetto Goodwill is a proud partner of the AbilityOne Program, one of the largest employment providers for individuals with disabilities in the U.S. Through AbilityOne, we manage multiple government and commercial contract sites with full-time and part-time job opportunities available.
With support from a full team of Palmetto Goodwill job coaches, employment specialists, and site supervisors, team members gain independence and confidence by contributing to the workforce, learning new skills, holding responsibilities, and working in a team environment.

Enclave Program
Employment for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
In partnership with the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN), the Enclave Program is a component of DDSN’s employment day services. Designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities, Enclave members work together in small groups (typically eight or less) under supervision of a job coach and alongside non-disabled team members in an integrated environment. This program promotes skills development, social inclusion, and community engagement.
To join the Enclave Program, individuals must apply and request eligibility through DDSN.
